Logistics & Delivery Lead

Position Summary

Moniker Brewery is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Logistics & Delivery Lead to oversee the movement of beer and materials throughout our business. This role goes well beyond making deliveries—it is responsible for ensuring our products move efficiently between production, our taprooms, distribution partners, retail accounts, and events while maintaining an organized warehouse and cold storage environment.

The Logistics & Delivery Lead works closely with ownership, the head brewer, production team, and sales team to ensure deliveries are accurate, inventory is organized, and logistics operate smoothly every day.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Transportation

Deliver beer to retail, restaurant, and wholesale accounts throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts

Transfer inventory between Moniker Brewery locations

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Ensure all deliveries arrive on time and in excellent condition

Verify invoices and delivery documentation before leaving each stop

Collect empty kegs and ensure accurate returns

Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers while representing the Moniker brand

Logistics & Operations

Coordinate daily logistics with production and sales teams

Maintain accurate inventory transfers between locations

Organize and maintain warehouse and cold storage areas

Monitor keg and packaged beer inventory to ensure efficient movement of product

Ensure delivery vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for daily use

Maintain loading accuracy and verify outgoing orders

Assist with packaging supply pickups and logistics runs

Support brewery events through equipment delivery, setup, and breakdown

Warehouse Ownership

Qualifications

Dependable and highly organized

Works well independently without constant supervision

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and maneuver full kegs (up to 165 lbs.)

Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and delivery equipment

Comfortable loading and unloading delivery vehicles throughout the day

Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in refrigerated environments

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time

Monday–Friday schedule

Occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require

$23–27/hour, based on experience
